HOWARD S. FEINTUCH was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and the Federal Bar in 1988. He served a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Seymour Margolies, J.S.C.
He is engaged in the general practice of law with a concentration in Criminal Law, DWI and other offenses heard in Municipal Court, Family and Juvenile Law.
He is the attorney for the Springfield, New Jersey Rent leveling Board.
He sits on District VI, (Hudson County) Ethics Committee appointed by the Supreme Court.
He has established an excellent reputation in the legal community and appears as a legal analyst on Court T.V. on a regular basis.
